Check In and Check Out Check In is 3:00 P.M. Check Out time is 11:00 A.M. Late Check Out, subject to availability, is offered for $20.00 until 1:00. Guaranteed Reservations and deposits A guest room is guaranteed by making a reservation either by phone or through our online reservations. A one night deposit must be made and a major credit card must be placed on file to reserve your room. Cancellation All reservations are subject to a $75.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations received within 30 days prior to the reservation will be charged a fee of one night of the reservation total including tax. Smoking Policy: All units are non‐smoking. If the room is smoked in there will be a cleaning fee of $250.00 to $500.00 based on the severity of the damage. Smoking areas are available out doors. Housekeeping: Guest rooms do not receive daily maid service. Monthly rentals receive maid service weekly. If you require maid service more frequently or during a short term stay please speak with The Capri about your request. We can customize a housekeeping package for you for an additional fee. Pets: Pets are welcome at The Capri. Please be aware that an additional deposit may be required. Any pets that are a disturbance to other guests will be required to stay confined to your guest room.
